Some people are born with a lot of energy and endurance. Anybody born today will have the Sun and Mars(exalted) in Scorpio and Moon in Taurus (exalted) which will give them natural endurance. The Moon is the mind and is in one of the strongest placements with this full moon. The other side of stubborn is steadfast. Whether you are born with a lot or a little, endurance is a trait that can be developed by getting out of your comfort zone. Growth on all levels happens out of your comfort zone. If you take up a practice that builds strength and focus when you do not need it, you will have it in reserve when you do need it. Realizing this early in life will serve you as you develop memory patterns. I know that most reading this post do have some form of practice that builds endurance. If you do, take the time to honor and celebrate yourself!

As babies we feel naturally very good with ourselves, and as life throws pain our way, we can spend the rest of our lives trying to regain this self love. Rohini is the frequency of sensual appreciation. We are sensual animals that have highlights when our senses are fully awake. The feeling of satisfaction with oneself, the feeling of deeply loving oneself, the thoughts (neural pathways) of being our greatest fan is a foreign concept during the Piscean epoch in which we are exiting.

This has nothing to do with feeling better than another, neither comparing. This is the the simple action of becoming the best that we can be. It is clear that we have different talents. Our mission is to discover who we are and build authenticity. Spend time everyday developing endurance. Spend time everyday to be the best you can be. Celebrate yourself and mean it. This is no small task, but one that is achieved in this cosmic frequency of Scorpio/Taurus.

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly. . . Live each moment completely and the future will take care of itself. Fully enjoy the wonder and beauty of each moment.” Paramahansa Yogananda

The Asana practice is the sister science to Jyotisha.

Yoga is a practice that develops inner and outer stability.

By practicing moves that challenge your coordination, you create a foundation for your body mind balance. You may not need this in your early years, but you do when you age or if you are injured.

Working with your breath and chakras by burning off the stagnant air in your system, you remove the negative energy that accumulates from life’s challenges. A lot of people do not understand this. Heavy stress energy can sink to the bottom of your abdominal area and sit stagnant and interfere with your wellbeing. When you hold your bandas in ,keep your mouth closed and build the fire energy up with breath and poses, the stagnant energy rises to the inner furnace in the belly and burns off.

Putting yourself in challenging poses forces you to concentrate which is focus. This is needed to succeed in any endeavor.

This will be the last full moon with the eclipse pattern in Aries/Libra. Rahu is ruled by Mars and is Gandanta and Mars is at home in Scorpio which creates war and makes this time dangerous.

The eclipses are moving in two days. Rahu will move into Pisces. This should be good news for the unsettled global situation.

“Strengthen your mind and refuse to carry the burden of mental and moral weakness acquired in past years; burn them in the fires of your present divine resolutions and right activities. By this constructive attitude you will attain freedom.” Paramahansa Yoganada

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” Howard Thurman

This full moon in Taurus is a time to open your senses to the pleasure of your Being.

Love only…
