”The secret to doing anything perfectly is to practice and become one with your vision. You must practice to get a feeling, a sense of range of possibilities, and the possible experiences that something can afford you. To perfect snowboarding, you must become one with your snowboard.
You still see yourself as separate from your actions…this however is untrue.
If you can see inwardly through your third eye, then you would know inwardly that you are one with all things, all actions, all inactions and all spheres of being.
Nirvana…enlightenment is all there really is. Its power is everywhere and everything.
Your eye cannot see it, your ears cannot hear it, your nose cannot smell it, your tongue cannot taste it, but it is there nevertheless. Nirvana, enlightenment exists just on the other side of your sensory perceptions and your thoughts…
To do something perfectly, you must hook yourself to the power of the second intention and nirvana. . Once you can do that, almost nothing is impossible, whether it is levitating, snowboarding or being enlightened… You come to know all this through meditating…for example. If you wish to find enlightenment through snowboarding you must turn snowboarding into perfect yoga…. that is what I call mindfulness…. turn your experiences and activities in your daily life into meditation.”

PRACTICING IN DUALITY

We live in a reality of opposites. Herein lies our challenge. How to find balance.
Our two dimensional world is so well described in the Tao with Yin and Yang.
YIN = feminine, receptive, dark, cool, internal, night, negative
YANG=masculine, aggressive, light, hot, external, day, positive
Within our world we will see the duality in all observable occurrences.
All except LOVE. Love itself has not opposite.
Our journey here in this school of life is to learn how to deal with and balance the opposite points until we reach a vibrational frequency that allows us to rise above this game and the two opposite realities merge into one dynamic ‘steera suka’. This is a Sanskrit term for the strength & sweetness that is caused by yoga, the yoga of asanas, the yoga of planets, the yoga of meditation. There is a place of balance that effortless within the discipline of practice.
Yoga is the most important Sanskrit word that describes the alchemy that is caused by a particular combination of elements. The energetic alchemy leads to a connection to the Divine Intelligence many of us call God, Allha, Jehova, Nature…
One might think of homeopathy in medicine similar to homeopathy of light, where two negative charges can alchemize to produce a positive effect.
WITHIN OUR OWN CHARTS WE WILL ALWAYS FIND DUALITY OR WHAT I PREFER TO CALL DICHOTOMY.

We must choose one road at the expense of another.
We seek to find and then balance our internal polarity.
We must define our own truth or Satya.
Our balance lies in our Satya.
HOW DO WE FIND IT?
Start at the beginning or the end?
Here is the revelation… a twist if you will…
BEGIN AT THE END

Don’t struggle and work your entire lifetime not knowing if you will achieve your goals.
Here is the Sacred Knowledge.
Understand Your Soul.
Understand your Mission.
Envision the Outcome.
And…
BECOME ONE WITH THE RESULT.
MEDITATE.
VISUALISE.
SEE IT.
FEEL IT.
KNOW IT.
Then begin your journey with so much clarity that you are already ONE with your outcome…
And then…
Here is the secret…
ENJOY each moment MINDFULLY.
So that your life becomes a melody and symphony of self-creativity as you simply enjoy each and every moment of ART knowing the outcome is already achieved. You are simply living into your dream. All you need to do is find the balance.
FIND A BALANCE BETWEEN GIVING AND RECEIVING.
Give your best as you gift back to creation.
Open yourself to RECEIVE…
You must become One with your actions.
One with your body.
One with your mind.
One with your intentions.
One with the snowboard.
One with your computer.
One with your yoga mat.
One with your goals.
One with your SELF.
Then enjoy each moment as it unfolds in the direction of the outcome.
Therein lies the enjoyment of LIFE.
In Lakesh
I am YOU.
LOVE ONLY,
Paddi
