Have a seat. Turn off all external stimuli. Just for a few moments. Put a blanket on the floor. Then a pillow. Sit down in front of a mirror and the image called YOU.
SPACE
You exist in this moment in time. You are a compilation of elements that you find in one the earth and in the sky. You are a chemical formula that is in constant reaction. You eat food and breathe air and ingest energy on a constant basis. The ‘nourishment’ goes into that body temple of yours and is transmuted into another form of energy that can be absorbed into the walls of your temple. You also absorb light and energy and reflect it back onto your environment.
LIGHT
You are a light Being. You need absorb light to be healthy. Sunlight, Moonlight, Mercury-light, Venus-light, Mars-light, Jupiter-light, Saturn-light, Eclipse-light. You are a receiving station that is able to receive and work with the light frequencies emitted from these planetary Beings. You have a chakra system. It is the color of the rainbow.
COLOR
When you are healthy you are also all the colors of the rainbow.
Sun: golden
Moon: iridescent
Venus: white
Mercury: green
Mars: red
Jupiter: yellow
Saturn: blue, purple, black
Each of these colors has a frequency and carries certain information.
SOUND
You are sound. You are a living prayer. Your sound is your cosmic tone. Your voice is a vibrational frequency that describes you.
