DAYS LEADING UP
This is a super interesting full Moon because of all of the shifts that occur just prior. The Sun is in Scorpio, in a very intense frequency. You may find those emotions that you have suppressed all year asking for your attention now. Relationships that involve power struggles may be acting up. There may be blockages in communication that cause stress. The good news is that this pressure has a change to release during this full Moon.
DEC.15-17 SUN IN SCORPIO, MOON IN TAURUS
Technically it is not a full moon, but the full moon energy is present. This is a time when secrets may surface. Those unresolved issues will be screaming at you. As the end of the year looms, so many of you are reviewing 2013 and considering what you want for 2014. This energy asks you to look at addictions that affect your self value. FULL MOON IN SANDI
The first degrees of a fire sign are called, ‘sandi’. The energy is dangerous and can be an indicator for enlightenment. The Sun will be sandi at 1 degree of Sagittarius and the Moon will be at 1 degree of Gemini. Both the Sun and Moon are in rather challenging nakashatras. Sun in Mula. Mula, means, ‘the root’. Imagine a field of grain that goes on to create bread,or a field of rice, both which start as a stalk anchored to earth and end as a product that serves as a foundation to a diet for most of the planet. Grain is anchored to the earth for stability, but is fed by the light of the sun and the water from rain. In order to survive the stalk must be able to blow in the wind and withstand the different faces of nature. In the essential core, the root must be flexible. Mula is about being stable, yet flexible. How does that trait play out in your own life? The passion that exists at this degree can start fires. Your own kundalini is your fire.
SEXUAL KUNDALINI
The kundalini energy is what is activated when you are sexually attracted or active. Enlightenment is really a further extension of the levels of bliss that one can experience. In order to access these levels you must have a healthy body. When you fall in love, a fire like energy burns in the heart. If it burns too strong, the pleasure of passion can damage your stable foundation that you have worked so hard to establish. This full moon has the sparks there to start the fire. Watch romance get started. Learn from your past experiences how to keep the fire contained so that it can burn for a long time without destroying everything in a wild rampage.
YOUR YOGA KUNDALINI
In your yoga practise, you are opening your nadis and breathing your passion through your body. With time, your clogged system will clear and the light will rush through your body in waves of pleasure. This happens with grace. Do not try to force it. Your brain has to be disciplined enough to be a good manager. During this full moon, take extra time to meditate and breathe into your asanas. If you are able to connect to the current cosmic energy to your own personal circuit, there is a chance you can awaken your kundalini. Enlightenment is blissful.

The Moon in Gemini is the air that feeds the fire. Gemini,like Sagittarius is mutable , so you can expect changes. The areas of life that have not been flowing can suddenly open up.The secret? You let go. Surrender to resistance. Ardra is the teardrop and this nakshatra is often associated with sudden shocking change. The full Moon brings resolution and flowering of intention.
