What does it take to create a symphony? All of the separate contributions to the orchestra must be on top of their game. When this happens suddenly there is a yoga ; a sacred alchemical combination that creates an access to bliss.

Sanskrit has many words for the experience of being connected to this energy called bliss. In fact all of the mantras, yoga poses and meditation techniques are designed to prepare the body temple to be in a state to hold the experience of pleasure. The concept is that once we are freed from the lower vibrational karmas we automatically align with the underlying principle energy of existence and this is love. A soul that is finally free is called Jiva Mukti. For all those on the ‘spiritual quest’ in life, this is the key goal to life.

CELEBRATE THE ENDING
This full moon comes only days before the eclipses change their stations from Aries/Libra to Virgo/Pisces. In essence for any of you who have been riding the stormy seas of the eclipse transits over your Sun/Moon/lagna this is a time to integrate and celebrate. This is a major changing of the guards.
