AUGUST 3-27: MERCURY RETROGRADE
For 3 weeks, 3 times per year, there is a phenomenon when Mercury is so close to the earth, as we move with it, it appears to be going backwards. The analogy is like when you are driving in a car and passing a moving train, how at one point, it appears to be going backwards. Mercury retrograde is a time to pay attention. I have watched this first hand for many years. The day that Mercury stations before it goes into retrograde is always a day of general chaos. Learn for yourself; it is in interesting study in the testing of this knowledge. You will find there are more accidents, little communication mix ups than on regular days. It’s quite amazing. What you need to know is where the Mercury falls in your own chart so you can be a little more cautious and much more aware. In this case Mercury will begin in Leo and go backwards into 24 degrees of Cancer.
The golden rule is to double check everything, give yourself extra time, don’t engage in contracts if possible, don’t commit to major projects if possible. The effect is that communication can become skewed and you may find yourself ‘doing it over’, or ‘missing an important detail’. Be extra cautious and more compassionate since we are all in this one together! Mercury will go back direct on August 27, also an unstable day.

The fact is that if you listen almost everyone is saying the same thing: we needed a change! Seems everyone agrees and thus the change has begun…
WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY GONE?
Venus is within a degree of the Sun. The energy of love and money is somewhat compromised or burned by the fire of the sun. Like it or not, we all have decided to be here at this time. The flow of money is massive, but we find it dwindling in our own pockets. Massive amounts of money are being spent on supporting war efforts in foreign countries while local governments and citizen are going broke. For the average person working to support a family it does not make sense.
The Sun and Venus are also technically gandanta which means they will dance with the already gandanta energy of rahu. How pathetic that we have allowed this capitalist system to imprison us with fear. In a time when everyone literally has more than most times in history, we are all feeling as though we have nothing. It is time to review our options!
The balance point is always in the opposite corner and then somewhere in the middle.

Saturn rules government and Saturn rules Capricorn. This full moon will bring up issues with the current situation. We all know what is happening with the condition of the USA government (among others) and yes, this Full Moon will highlight this issue.
On a personal front: How do you integrate the Capricorn Full Moon into your own life?
This is the area where you have a solid foundation. The challenge in this era is that our current generation has been trained to live off credit; so deep down we feel we do not have a foundation. This is why so many of us are scared and worried. The key here now, in this time, is to find those places in your life that give you comfort.
Relationships within family that are safe for you are important to cultivate. Sometimes friends make better family than blood ties.
If it is time to say goodbye to some people and some situations, do so. You may think you are bound, but your inner sense of un easiness is keeping you slave. Set yourself Free.
You are not a slave. You are a God dancing in this light cosmos. Take this time to identify and claim that part of your life that creates safety. If you can’t find your safety zone, get help.
AUGUST 28: NEW MOON IN LEO AT 11 DEGREES.
How many of you look at the clock and see 11:11? I know a LOT of us! Nobody is exactly clear what this means.
This new beginning will see both the Sun and the Moon at 11 degrees of Leo, which is in the Nakshatra of Magha.
Magha is the constellation of the lion and the ruling deities are the Pitris: our ancient forefathers. The Pitris are there to give protection to humanity in times of major disruption on earth.
Let us meditate to begin the new way.
Let us be reminded that there is a force so much greater than what we perceive with our unconscious existence.
It IS time for a NEW PARADIGM.
