RE -INVENT YOURSELF
I love this! The eagle has a lifespan of up to seventy years. By the age of forty its talons and beak become worn. At this time the eagle must make a decision. That in itself is incredible and I would like you to dwell on that for a moment. THE EAGLE MUST MAKE A DECISION. It can either prepare for death or it can RE- INVENT itself. Like a self imposed pancha karma, it can fly up to the mountain top and go through a five month rejuvenation process.
It will hit it’s beak against a rock until it falls off. He must pluck out his own talons and old feathers.
It must then rest while the beak, talons and feathers grow back.
Once regenerated, the eagle can fly down the mountain and live for another thirty years.

 

 

 

 

 
HUMAN LIFESPAN
The ancient Jyotishis tell us that the human is designed to live for one hundred and twenty years. This gives us enough time to clean up our karmas. We also know that ancient civilizations lifespan has been considerable longer, but let us focus on the one twenty.
The Vedas are a source of knowledge to help us live in this dimension. All of the limbs of the Vedas are considered sister sciences, each with it’s specialty.  Ayurveda, Tantra, Vastu, Jyotisha are main limbs. Each of these is concerned with helping us understand how to transmute energy in order to maintain our bodies and elevate our souls.
Our current generation we see so many walking around at sixty getting ready to die. I believe there is a new generation on the planet that will live differently. The yoga studios all across north america are filled with young women and men. The older generation is not grabbing it so much until its a bit too late, unfortunately. Once the body calcifies past a certain point it is very difficult to regenerate, however, not impossible.
For those of you who have committed to raising your consciousness at an earlier age, much is possible. For those who are sort of half way in, half way out, this full moon can be a great time to get off the fence and step through the door of your resistance.

 

 

 

 

 

INNER REAL ESTATE
I like to think that the only real estate we really ever own is our inner real estate. The land in time that exists inside our skin suite. We have domain and stewardship over that space as long as we spin through this cycle.
Like any temple, it must be constantly cleansed and repaired to stay in good order. So it is with your own body  mind temple. Like the eagle or the ancient temple, at times it must be closed for repair.
PERSONAL COMMITMENT
Yes, this is what you do for yourself. Not what you project outwards and say, “ he needs it, or she needs it” rather, “  I need it”.
We spend so much time thinking of the other while we do not give ourselves the priority. In this case, we need to make ourselves the priority. After all nobody shares that inner space with us; well except God.

 

 

 

 

 

TIME & MONEY
The generation has also been so conditioned by the banking system. We limit ourselves by our income. In future generations when all have remembered what has already been in the past, that we are magical Beings able to manipulate energy to suite us, this generation will seem a bit robotic.
When you are committed there is always a way. You have to make the intention totally firm without fear, which is hard to do if your body mind complex is polluted. Set your intention and watch how the universe conspires to give you what you need and want.
Rejuvenation does not require much food, and a lot of rest. Rejuvenation does not require the money, it is the continual indulgence and consumption that requires money.
START SMALL
If you cannot see a way to take a retreat for yourself then you can begin by committing to one day a week completely off. No food, no computer, no cell, no tv. no driving, no arguing, no intensity. REST. Just by doing this one day a week you will be amazed at how much you regenerate.
JUMP INTO THE DEEP END
Or you can be more extreme and take a period of time “off the grid” to peck off your beak and talons and loose your feathers and have another go at life. I have done it. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It is like getting another chance at life; a chance to not make the same mistakes, to rise to a new level of life experience and expression.

 

 

 
2012  A YEAR OF SHIFT
We all know we are moving into a new game all together. If we commit to ourselves, then we commit to our world.
I find it fascinating, and of course , there really are no coincidences, so  whomever is out managing this grande game of spin, as designed it in such a way that the first full moon of 2012 is in PUNARVASU.
PUNARVASU ~ REGENERATION
When the planets are spread out all over the sky there is a lessening of intensity as each of the different energies have room to expand and express themselves. Such is the case with this first full moon of 2012.
Punarvasu means, “return of the light.”
It is a delightful frequency filled with the best that Gemini has to offer.
The deity that rules this constellation is Aditi who stands for the re appearance of the light and goodness. Aditi gives consciousness when she brings the light to the darkness.
She also gives birth to the universe and heavenly bodies.
This nakshatra rules homecoming, residence and reocurrance.
This energy gives permission to go from the darkness to the light.
This is the dimensional wave we live is, isn’t it. Contstantly from day to night, from light to dark and over and over again.
The shakti is: vastuva prapana shakti’ the power to retrieve objectives or objects.
Castor and Pollux are the constellations of this nakshatra. Castor creates loss, while Pollux retreives, thus inspiring regeneration and the ability to win back.
