HEART CHAKRA
Have you ever experienced your heart chakra closing or opening? A number of years ago, I experienced my heart chakra opening after it had been shut down. The event was so painful it was hard to breathe. The pain directly in the heart lasted for 30 minutes. During that time I learned so much. The heart can hurt if it is closing or opening.
PAIN IN THE HEART
More men and women die from heart dis ease than any other mode. It is because we, as an era do not listen to the heart messages. Our heart is a magical organ that runs the blood, our life force. How is it that it can also feel pain instantly if the soul is being hurt? This is the magical part of our existence. If you agree to make friends with your heart, you will have this super sensitive friend that will give you immediate guidance. Since that overwhelming experienced I have made ,listening to my heart, a priority.
THE FIRST MESSAGE
Intuition is the first responder. It is always the first message that is correct.What we tend to do is bring our intellect into the conversation and this is when we question our intuition/heart message. Stop it!! Learn to listen , learn to trust. The intuition belongs to the animal kingdom part of you. Do you think the birds 2nd guess which direction is south?
PRACTISING
Yes, just like everything else you have to practise listening. I suggest you buy yourself a bracelet and put it on your wrist or ankle for 6 months and every time you look at it, ask yourself to check in with your heart to see how you are really feeling. As you practise you will begin to trust more. Eventually you will have the confidence to know that you are being divinely directed!

Mars is currently in Libra and will be again. This means that issues, particularly relationship issues that are forefront now will can go into an incubation period of adjusting the details. When Mars goes back into Libra you may find that you are able to resume the affair but in a higher place of integrity. Very often in order to achieve greatness we have to really want it and take the time to open our life and heart enough in order to be able to receive. If you want to change your outside circumstances you have to change your inside vibration. You must match the vibrational frequency of that which you desire!
