Our thoughts are also food. We must digest our thoughts and they also then form part of our energetic structure.

Because we are mostly light, we are osmostic, meaning we absorb energy from our environment.

YOUR WORD
Being totally aligned with your integrity with word is not an easy task for the most part. All that can be done is to forgive and begin again. Even if you speak when you are under the influence of alcohol, you are still responsible and accountable. You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to change your relationships. You are allowed to be forgiven. You are allowed to heal. You are allowed to grow. As you develop and craft your SELF, you will always come back to retracing your words.
