KNOWING WHEN TO HOLD THEM AND WHEN TO FOLD THEM...
This post is for those of you who have been following my teaching. As you know my last post was March 29,2025. I took a break. I would like to explain why.
First, as maturity happens, our parents age and there comes a moment when it is time for us to care for them as they cared for us. My mother has dimentia. I saw it coming. I was going to say, we, but in reality she refused to see it coming and is still pretty much in denial. It is easier for her to handle the truth that way and that’s okay. For me, it became clear that if I did not take time out and go and help her get to her next evolution in a comfortable way in 2025, then when it was mandatory it may not be so comfortable. So, to the woman who birthed me and cared for me when I was young, I put my life aside to care for her.
My daughter and extended family showed up to help. That is a beautiful thing. Should we all be so lucky. That is a good life, when your family takes care of you in old age.
I was raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, a place that used to be wild gold miners and indigenous people, , american Draft Dodgers, Vietnam vets, and Hipppies. That was the flavor when I was growing up there in the sixites and seventies.
The Yukon now feels like a village in India. Canada has imported so many young people from India, specifically Sikhs, who worship business. Virtually all of the large stores, like Home Depot, Staples, Wallmart, Starbucks are staffed 100% by people wearing turbans and speaking a different language among themselves. They also suddenly work in our banks and pretty much all of the clerical government positions. It poses a problem when we need to get biz done and the person on the other end of the gov agency does’t speak english well enough to help. In any case, the King of England is running Canada, so the colonized Indians follow orders. Growing up in the Yukon as I did with Indiana Jones as my father, being wild and free seems to be over for now.
Everyone is a little awkward. Canadians are polite to a fault, so they say nothing and are welcoming, but it is odd. The newcomers also feel awkward because they don’t feel like they belong, but they are in Canada to increase their standard of living and they can’t be faulted for that.
Everyone talks about equity and inclusion; but there is not equity and inclusion, it’s a lie but people believe lies all the time.
I do not have judgement around any of it because throughout history, different races have infiltrated other races and regions. It is just what happens on this beautiful planet.
I also finally visited Venice, and Lake Como, and Garda, Florence and Paris. My dream has always been to spend more time in Italy and that happened this year! I walked from Luca to Sienna on the Francigena Camino. I loved Tuscany as much as I thought I would! I gave myself time to think, reflect, review and adjust to this changing world…
We are clearly in the Aquarian Age; the age that breaks down existing structures and creates chaos which promotes change and ultimately, hopefully, evolution.
My Mom was born in 1939, and grew up with scarcity. Like many in her generation, she was a hoarder. Cleaning out her home was interesting, but also confronting. She collected all her life, and in the end, uses nothing. We take nothing with us when we leave our body, and many leave a huge pile of stuff!!
This time gave me a chance to reflect and prepare for the next iteration of my legacy. As you know, I am passionate about Jyotisha. I started my blog in Jan. 2011 and have been consistent offering a new moon and full moon analysis until March 29,2025!

ENTER A.I.
The other mitigating factor for me stepping back for almost a full year, was to contemplate the emergence of A.I. and how it impacts my work; or all of our work. This elephant just walked into the room. If she was not exactly clear if we had transitioned from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age; it is no longer unclear. We are clearly now entering the Age of Aquarius, which will be disruptive and focused on technology. This age will last 2600 years, and humanity and earth will go through monumental changes. That is so clear.
People are consulting A.I. for their spiritual questions. This part sort of knocked me on my feet at first. I needed time to digest this and make my new plan!
You mean to say, that all of the travels, books, classes, courses, exams, working time, and important time with great spiritual Masters around the world, is being upsurped by A. I.?
Well, the answer is yes.
Will people consult Chat GPT instead of booking a reading?
Yup.
Will people consult Chat GPT to give them advice on their deepest secrets?
Yup.
It is all happening so fast. Many professions will be replaced and humanity needs to pivot and fast!
So I am pivoting.
2026 STAY HUMAN
5 Billion people were fooled or forced into taking the COVID jabs. This was a bioweapon and many people are realizing now. It was an attempt at changing the DNA of humanity and in many cases it has done it’s job. That is a huge subject. I was one of the ones who saw the lie and gathered around others who refused to comply. Our body chemistry is still mostly human, so there are ways to clean up and heal from this event. Consult me if you need help with this subject.
There is no question in my mind that we are heading towards the merging of humans with computers. By the end of the Aquarian Age, my sense is that it will be rare to find a true human.
Again I do not judge. We are tiny little light Beings, living on a planet of water, hurtling through space, which is filled with many lifeforms, mostly way more evolved than earth, but we must go on. We must mature. We must adapt and that requires change.
NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN

Here we have Venus, Sun, Moon, Mercury and Mars all within a 5 degree orb in Capricorn!
This is the perfect time to embrace maturity.
How will you do that?
For me, I am finally embracing Teaching.
In the Vedas, life is divided into 4 stations. You learn, You work, You teach, You rest and prepare for the transition. I will now step deeply into teaching. I will stop using the word Astrology to describe Jyotisha. Western astrology is out of integrity because if follows a calendar, that is misaligned with the true stars. Jyotisha is based on true star time. For all these years, I have felt out of integrity because I get lumped into this group. It always felt off. I am in a good place to know having written the highest exams in the world with the Faculty of Astrological Studies, England in 1987 for western astrology.
So life requires another pivot!
In 2026 I am bringing forth Jyotisha, as a reframe and setting it up to be embraced in the new age of Aquarius. Being human is profoundly special in the multiverse. Jyotisha is the gift from our cosmic ancestors to be used to understand our own matrix and how it fits into the larger picture people are now calling a simulation. Sure, it’s all a simulation and Jyotisha holds the keys of understanding the simulation. This year I will be a featured writer for the BRAINZ magazine. It was good to take a break, and it is really good to feel 100% inspired to continue on with my legacy of introducing the western world to Jyotisha.
